Our Ministries
Mountainview has many ministries running year round, and some that are season specific. Here's more information on our Ministries:
Radiant Kids
We believe in the importance of families worshipping together! Children ages 2-11 are welcome to attend Radiant Kids partway through our service. Our Screened Volunteers are excited to share more about Jesus and encourage your child to build a strong foundation in Christ.
Little ones under the age of 2 are welcome to bring their parents to our Parents' Room, a quiet space with toys and the Service Livestream.
Please note, on long weekends and during the summer, children remain in the service with their parents. Colouring sheets are provided, but we also encourage parents to bring quiet activities for their child.
Mountainview Youth
Students in Grades 5-12 are invited to Youth Group on Thursdays from 6-8pm. For more information, please complete the form below.
TWU and College Connections
We are happy to provide bus transportation from Trinity Western University to our Sunday Services during the school year. Contact us for more info!
Alpha
Alpha is a series of sessions exploring the Christian faith. Each talk looks at a different question around faith and is designed to create conversation.
Everyone is welcome to our fall session, running every Tuesday from Sept 23 to Nov 25 at 6:30pm. Supper is provided!
Serving at Mountainview
Once you've settled into our church family, we'd encourage you to find an area to serve. This looks different for everyone, but can include areas like Hospitality, Radiant Kids, Tech, Welcome Team, Prayer, Music, and more.
M Groups
Our community groups are called M Groups, with the M standing for "Mission" and Mountainview. These smaller gatherings provide spaces for discipleship, Bible study, and connection beyond Sundays.
English Classes
Mountainview offers Beginner and Intermediate ESL Classes for those wanting to learn English in a group setting. We have wonderful instructors and a warm, welcoming community of learners.
